AGE REQUIREMENTS
All spa guests must be at least 16 years of age. There is no age requirement for salon guests.
THERAPISTS
Services are performed by both male and female therapists. If you have a gender preference please specify during booking.
SPA APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
Demand for spa services is high, especially on weekends and holidays. We highly recommend appointments be made three to six weeks in advance. Hotel guests are encouraged to make spa appointments at the time lodging is reserved to ensure desired service times.
WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
We strive to ensure that guests have an exceptional experience which includes ample space to sit and enjoy the spa’s thermal suite and relaxation areas without overcrowding. Our weekend and holiday minimum service requirements assist us in optimizing guest flow on our busiest days. If your time is limited, consider reserving spa services on a weekday.
WEEKEND AND SELECT HOLIDAYS
Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and select holidays pricing is $30 higher per service (excluding hair) and the minimum service requirement is two 50- or 80-minute services per guest October–May.
Applies to Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and the following holiday dates:
Single service and premium pricing: February 19, March 25–29, and October 14.
Two service minimum and premium pricing: November 28–29, and December 23–January 1, 2025.
WHAT TO BRING
You will need to bring your swimsuit for the Hydromassage Experience Pool. Robes and towels are provided to all guests. We suggest leaving valuable jewelry at home.
SPA USAGE FEE
Access to spa amenities is reserved for hotel guests only and subject to availability, based on guest volume and cannot be guaranteed. Guests should call prior to arrival to secure availability. Use of spa amenities requires a usage fee of $50 per person. This fee is waived with the purchase of one 50- or 80-minute spa service.
GRATUITY
For your convenience, a 20 percent gratuity will be added to service fees at check-in and can be adjusted at any time. No additional gratuities are expected or necessary.
GROUPS/WEDDINGS
We welcome groups. For a group of six or more desiring spa services and activities, please contact the Spa Group Coordinator at 920-327-4605. Some date restrictions apply.

Kohler Waters Spa believes in maintaining a safe, friendly, and quiet environment for both our spa guests and staff. For this reason, phones and other technology devices including cameras in the locker rooms, treatment rooms, and relaxation areas is prohibited.
Please remember that all Kohler Waters Spa therapists and other staff are experienced professionals here to provide you the highest level of service. We ask that in return you treat them with the same respect they will extend to you and refrain from any inappropriate actions, requests, or comments that may be viewed as harassing or intimidating. It is our goal to ensure all services are performed in a professional environment. Failure to act in accordance with spa etiquette may result in removal from the property and future services may be refused.
CHECK-IN
A visit to Kohler Waters Spa is your time for personal well-being. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time for check-in, changing, and relaxing in our serene environment. To ensure your safety and comfort, we encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your spa experience.
CANCELLATIONS/LATE ARRIVALS
As a courtesy to all spa guests, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the full-service rate charged to your account. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. We will reschedule your appointment, if possible. If we are not able to reschedule your appointment, your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment time, which will end as scheduled.
